NVQ's in Personnel:
DMS offers NVQ’s in Personnel at levels 3,4 and 5. An NVQ5 in Strategic Personnel will give you the leadership and management field of the CIPD professional education scheme and licentiate membership.
The NVQ is delivered on a one on one basis, either at your workplace or at one of our regional offices. NVQ's are assessment of your work based on a portfolio of narrative and evidence. |

DMS offer NVQ's in Learning and Development at levels 3,4 and 5. An NVQ5 in Learning and Development will also give you the leadership and management field of the CIPD professional education scheme and licentiate membership. The learning and development NVQ's are suitable for professionals who may be delivering training or working at a strategic level. A DMS consultant can give you advice on the appropriate NVQ for you based on your experience and previous learning.

The NVQ's in Management are suitable for anyone who has supervisor to senior management experience. The NVQ5 in Management is the first stage to achieving the CMI's Chartered Management qualification. As with all the NVQ's delivered by DMS, you can start any time of the year and work to a programme of study to suit your own personal circumstances. An NVQ is a practical and cost effective way of gaining a nationally recognised qualification. |
