This is a top up programme for HR professionals who have achieved Graduate CIPD or Chartered MCIPD.

The course starts with a residential weekend at Doncaster College where you meet your fellow students and tutors. The weekend focus is on business and HR strategy with some sessions on research methodology. To test your learning from this weekend you will write a 5000 word set assignment on strategic HR.

The second workshop is usually held at the DMS head office in Isleworth, This covers a review of the assignment and discussion on the dissertation. The dissertation is a 25,000 - 35,000 word academic work on a strategic HR issue of the candidate’s choice.

The MSc normally starts in April and takes about 9 months. Over this time you will have the support of a personal tutor and access to the Doncaster College learning facilities and resources.
