DMS Consultancy was formed in 1986 and has grown over the years by consistently meeting the needs of our clients.

Originally a recruitment and selection company specialising in senior Human Resource appointments, the business has developed into a broad-based HR Consultancy utilising the core skills of our team.

DMS has a team of HR consultants with many years of experience between them. All are corporate members of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Our products are all centred on the concept of Development Means Success, whether that is individual development or organisational development.

Whilst much of our work is delivered on a one-to-one basis, we can also offer programmes for groups, dependant on the client's needs.

All those working with us subscribe to our code of conduct and the CIPD code of professional ethics. The Directors of DMS have ultimate responsibility for quality control and ensure that all services and products are delivered to the highest standard.

Our client list includes organisations in both the private and public sector throughout the UK. We are particularly proud that over the last few years 50% of our work has either been repeat business with an existing client or has come from a client recommendation.
