Certificate in Personnel Practice :
The CPP is designed for those working at Personnel Administrator and Personnel Officer level. It is also a very useful course for Managers and Supervisors who want to improve their people management skills and knowledge.

The course covers employee relations, recruitment and selection, training and development, and performance management.

All coursework is assessed using assignments and presentations and leads to associate membership of the CIPD.

Certificate in Training Practice :
For those designing and delivering training, this is the ideal course. The CTP covers the whole training cycle from identification of training needs to the evaluation of training programmes. This is a practical course with coursework assessment by assignments and presentations.

The CTP can be delivered in house at our head office at Isleworth or at one of our regional offices.

The course leads to associate membership of the CIPD.
